The bathrooms are to a very high specification and are steel framed and porcelain tiled throughout; these bathrooms are aimed at the discerning student. The project will be opening in 2012.

The sites will be delivered in 2012 and adds to the already expanding developments that Walker modular have completed over the last number of years. The new five star production line has only recently opened and Walker Modular have started in style by finalizing an agreement with the prestigious five star Hotel, Golf and Country Club – The Mere Golf Resort and Spa in Cheshire. Walker Modular have been chosen to supply all the bathroom pods for the hotel complex, this is part of the ongoing development program that is already underway at the famous five star resort.
Following a fantastic two years for Walker Modular they have just announced a deal to provide the Premier Inn Hotels at Heathrow Airport. The bathroom pod supplier already supplies the Travelodge Hotel Group with all bathrooms and adding Premier Inn to its customer list is further endorsement to the quality of the company and its products.

2011 sees the opening of the much-anticipated line. Orders have been taken already for a Hotel Group in Switzerland.
Walker Modular have finished delivering 250 bathroom pods for their client Travelodge. This flagship hotel is in the heart of Europe’s most vibrant capital London. The delivery schedule was only 5 weeks and occurred in the centre of arguably the busiest part of an already hectic city. Many thanks to all involved, we will keep you posted with the opening dates. Walker Modular have just won two prestigious sites in Bournemouth. The developments total 700 bathroom pods and will be delivered as two finished buildings in 2011. This prestigious development surrounds the Wembley stadium and will form part of the massive regeneration project being delivered for Quintain PLC. “We are proud that our efforts are being rewarded.
